Surveying Technician
Who are we?
We are an engineering office in the fields of surveying and architecture with 20 employees and create as-built plans and as-built models using 3D laser scanning and 3D modelling in Autodesk Revit and ArchiCad. Our clients are architects, surveyors, civil engineers, builders and project developers in the fields of residential and commercial properties, listed buildings, building and TGA models. We are looking for a surveyor with experience in 3D laser scanning and/or tacheometry to join our team.
Your requirement profile
- University degree (e.g. civil engineering / surveying / architecture) or
- Technical Training (surveying technology, monument conservation)
- Experience in architectural, surveying or engineering offices with surveying technology
- Friendliness / ability to work in a team / accuracy / sense of responsibility / open-mindedness towards new technologies
Your tasks
- On-site surveying work (3D laser scanning / tacheometry / mobile mapping / manual surveying)
- Scanning data processing (point cloud registration, orthogonal image generation, photogrammetry)
- Independent work in a surveying team
- Depending on qualifications, collaboration in planning is also possible (LP1-5)

CAD-Draftsman
Who are we?
We are an engineering office in the field of surveying and architecture with 20 employees and create as-built plans and as-built models using 3D laser scanning and 3D modelling in Autodesk Revit and ArchiCad. Our clients are architects, surveyors, civil engineers, builders and project developers in the fields of residential and commercial properties, heritage buildings, MEP-systems. We are looking for an architect or CAD-draftsperson to join our team immediately with excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit or ArchiCad and AutoCad.
Your requirement profile
- University degree (civil engineering / surveying / architecture or: training (architectural draftsman with focus on architecture)
- Experience in architecture or engineering offices and excellent 3D-modelling skills in Autodesk Revit or ArchiCad
- Friendliness / ability to work in a team / accuracy / sense of responsibility / open-mindedness towards new technologies
Your tasks
- Drawing as-built Plans and 3D-BIM models based on surveying data or point clouds in Autodesk Revit, ArchiCad and AutoCad
- Ability to work independently
- Depending on qualifications, collaboration in planning is also possible (LP1-5)
